Looking at taking the sonics at -4. Can't see Charlotte keeping up the pace their shooting at, especially the three's!

Seattle at CHARLOTTE

I know alot of teams quit in this situation, but SEA is not one of em.... GARY PAYTON can't spell QUIT if you spot him the Q U, and that's not a slap at his intelligence, he just doesn't comprehend the word. He WILL bring his club back, by himself if he has to, but I assure you, he won't be blown out by 20... look for a slower tempo game from CHAR, and this one to end around 208.

SEA -3.5 & Under 96 - 2 Units each

Indiana at BOSTON

This game is tight as expected and ONEAL for IND, and PIERCE for BOSTON have both played, but ONEAL has been more effective scoring 11 for IND. PIERCE has had limited minutes, and this is disrupting the BOS offense. I would lean to playin BOS here, and possibly the OVER, but with so many question marks, I'll wait on something more solid.

Pass for me...

Just remember the Charlotte/Knicks game. Not to say that Seattle are the Knicks, but Charlotte came out strong in the 2nd half vs NY after being up about 30.

That's true... BUT, as I mentioned in my write up, PAYTON has more heart in him, than the KNICKS do on that whole worthless team. Payton is a gamer, he won't quit, even if the rest of the guys do, and GARY could put up 35 or so himself in 2H. I don't think CHAR will run it up on these SONICS. I watched that KNICKS game, and NOBODY was trying for NY.

Mrchristo,Olympic Sports has the third quarter lines you are looking for.I have found betting the third quarter spread to be profitable if you pick your spots

Minnesota at DETROIT

MINNY has yet to get WALLY and KEVIN going yet, but I don't think that will continue. MINN down by 15 at HT to a hot shooting DET team. MINN at 39% compared to DET 54%, and I think these two will reverse later on... MINNY will come back in this one, I don't see them quitting either. They are battling for the top spot in the WEST, and with LA losing last nite along with SAC, and SPURS, they got to be psyched about their chances tonite to gain on all three. I would lean to the OVER in this one too, since MINN will have to win by scoring a bunch, but I'm just gonna count on the WOLVES to get it under 10 pts here.... best play so far!

MINNY -5.5 - 3 Units

Nice 2-0 start...

Nice 2-0 start...

New York at TORONTO

KNICKS if normal, will not put together two good halves in one nite... knowing how they boned me MONDAY, I should be cautious, but I'm not that way... I think TOR takes it to them in 2H and wins this one by at least 7 or 8 and I doubt if NY gets 40 pts the entire half. Since they didn't score more than 18 in any qtr on MON, I can't see them doing it four times tonite! Two plays again on this one... taking the RAPTORS and UNDER.

TOR -6.5 3 Units & UNDER 90.5 2 units

Spurs at UTAH

SPURS rallied late for a six pt lead, and as I've said, JAZZ have been a 2H team that goes over... I already played SA and OVER, but I'm inclined to take the JAZZ here. SPURS coming off a home loss to NETS, and they are playing inspired ball, but JAZZ are a good veteran team and don't want to lose any more ground in the West, so look for them to rally in this one and possibly pull it out. I'm looking for a 1pt JAZZ win myself, as that would give me the sweep, but I'm not counting on it. SPURS are playing a methodical game, only taking 32 shots, but hitting half of them. I'm playing a small parlay on JAZZ & OVER as that has been the trend, but to be honest, I would not be surprised to see the SPURS and UNDER. IF SPURS win, I feel it goes Under, if JAZZ come back, it goes over... so that's my take!

JAZZ -3 & OVER 92.5 - 1 unit parlay

Food for thought...

Food for thought...

only 2 fast break pts for each team in this one... doesn't look like anyone has the legs to get out and run. We'll see... but after further review, this game looks to be an UNDER play....

I'm playing the trend and going with the par, but be careful!

Good analysis Rander. I'm already on SA and OVER so I'm not sure if I'll play but you got me thinking bout more OVER.

I think the SPURS hold on for the win though, and I'd be inclinedto take the +3.
