followed the theory of 2 bad teams =over about a week ago with memphis/minn spread was 199 . game went 183 . hard for me find value or have expectations in 2 lottery teams. gotta ask yourself is the value really there or are you wanting something that isn't there. both teams could shoot lights out or take a sunday stroll in the park.my lesson is to never force value and holding off is never a bad thing..

Welcome to the show, bro - I remember you from
the 'other side' - think you'll enjoy things a bit more here...some of the 'old crew' mixed in with some new folks that know quite a bit about cappin'...

Burnetto,

I don't blame you for laying off that Wisky game. It can go either way there. I am giving AZ (-2.5) serious consideration. I have watched a lot of CSU games this year, being a local and all, and I really think they blew their wad against WF. Arizona should pull out the win today, and with a small line, I'll lay the points.

I am locked in, AZ -2.5 for a unit

I'm with you on Zona.

Good to hear JC. I also have them as the third part of a teaser from last night w/ Oklahoma. I am hoping to cash both these tickets today.

As far as GS/NO goes, I haven't see any line movement yet, but I wouldn't expect anything for a couple more hours. If I can hit this Zona game, and there's no significant line movement in GS/NO, I'll probably go with the under, but for only half a unit, unless some other angle jumps at me.

a bad day for capping. I don't believe in teasing but i teased some plays for .1 units.

Lets talk about sides?

1 unit: Cleveland -6: the lebron factor and if clev wants to lock down NJ, they can so easily. The bench almost allowed ATL to get back into the game yesterday b/c they were complacent. i dont' think clev will do the same away from home in NJ. + Jay Z's there, lebron will put on a show. :SIB

Hard to argue against this...

caveat: NJ @ home this season against elite (.650+) team on the tail end of a b2b 2-0SU 2-0ATS

small sample

ran some stats models and was extremely tight around the -7 but got some room for comfort @-6. It takes the cover out of a 3 possession situation.

I like it. Last meeting on 11/18/08 in NJ, Cleveland buried NJ 106-82, where Cleveland was 5.5 favorite, practically the same line as todays game. Cavs defense held NJ's top 3 scorers (Harris, Carter, & Lopez) to 50 points, while Clevelands big boys (LBJ, Mo, Z, & Delonte) combined for 76. I expect Clevelands defense to set the pace on this one with early scoring, and playing tight D. Cleveland really wants that home court advantage, and there's no reason to see them laying off the gas pedal now. Also, NJ is only 15-19 at home this season. This looks like a winner to me.
