Are the sharps on chicago or do the casinos want you to play boston so they can get our money?.I originally was thinking of the zag for game 4, but what i saw from boston the world champs! with hearts of champs!(and i'm not a boston fan) is this is a team that knows how to win. think of any playoff team and take away their best player let alone some key role players and see how they hold up !!!!!!!!!just look at san antonio w/o ginobli . I have alot of respect for these celtics this year. on to the game. game 2 it started and game 3 continued,the celtics have focused on stopping rose. inconsistant shooting from gordon ( who can be unstoppable),thomas , salmons, hinrich, & miller, is not gonna get it done.every player has to be at his best in order for them to beat the celtics.
the celtics know that they need rest and to put away the bulls asap is very much required. i think the celtics have alot to say before these playoffs are over and would not be surprised to see garnett in the later rounds(unless he has been declared ineligible for playoffs, i believe they set roster at the beginning of each series?) the celtics should beat a highly spirited bulls team, and finish them in 5
cleveland /lebron is so focused they want to win every game every quarter every play.detroit has pride ,no pressure, probably the last game together for some of the key players. they will go out give their best , but in the end give in to the cavs. they know they are going :sadwave: nowhere. can cleveland cover the 8 or 9 probably, but maybe the tease or ml would be the best. as ax said i never mind letting the casino hold my money for a few hours if i know i'm gonna get it back!
i have not been impressed by orlando for about a month ( probably since nelson went down) you can't say superman is overrated he is an incredible athlete, but he will never be a superstar if doesn't develop a shot. turk was hurt at the end of the year and hasn't gotten off. orlando has no offensive concept at all no ball movement they will hold it and shoot the jumper or drive. the sixers are not playing any better for these playoffs then they did for the season, they are consistent they give a hard effort lots of youth great interior d , some exciting offensive talent,orlando has just sucked!!!and i've seen no heart, if they show up this is the game to do it i'm taking philly +4 i can't put my money on a team with no heart!!
houston/portland maybe the best series i love portland old man odom actually looks good!Roy should not have an off night like he had in game 3 . i think Yao is gonna wear down as the playoffs move on . he might get them past portland , but he is getting worn down you can see his stamina is less and less as the game and series moves on!I like the guard play of houston Brooks is one of the best looking young guards in the league.give him a couple of years plus he is highly motivated playing against and in front of oregon. I like houston, but as they have done consistantly during the season they let the teams back in the game and cover the spread.i'm taking the m/l -190
probably put the cavs m/l with the rockets m/l and see what happens ..
