Without SHAQ, this game will be a lot faster paced as LAKERS will not slow down and wait for the diesel to get down court and down low. The TRIANGLE still focuses around the big guy, whether or not he's scoring alot or not, so this will help the OVER in my opinion. The pts you miss without SHAQ???? PLEASE! Anyone who watches the LAKERS know that KOBE will be more than happy to take his & SHAQ's share of shots anytime. Also without SHAQ in the middle, MEMPHIS should do a lot more driving the lane, getting easy buckets and going to the line. I think this game is perfectly set up for an OVER play, and I also like LA -4 in First Half. Since LA picked up MALONE and PAYTON, there is plenty of offense here without worrying about SHAQ. MAILMAN, KOBE, FISHER, PAYTON will pick up any needed SHAQ-less SLACK!

I like the SONICS to rebound from their two game home losing streak and take it out on the WIZ tonite. SONICS are scoring alot, but giving up a lot and WIZ should play along in this one. However, WIZARDS were in DENVER two nites ago, and the effects of MILE HIGH normally hit the 2nd nite after playing there, which is tonite.
