Yes indeed. Also Joe S - if you are around I would love to know your take/lean on this one tonight. :0corn

Joe is a little PISSED at the Lakers right now, not sure he would put his money on them again anytime soon...

Denver came out quick last game. Really see the Lakers trying to take it to them early tonite. Takin the -1.5 1Q. FWIW I suck at capping NBA.

The Lakers didn't screw me as badly as they normally do. I had them parlayed with some of my mlb ML plays and thankfully they came won the game.

I missed badly on the Cavs game yesterday so be careful if you consider tailing.

I am locked in on the over in the 1H and the over for the FG. I was lucky and got the over when it was 210.5 but not so lucky with the 1H over (106).

Denver is dictating the pace of the game and if you look at the past game, we were lucky to hit the under. Outside of a slow 3rd quarter, the game should've been in the 220's. There has been only 2 quarters under 50 in Denver's last 4 games, with 7 quarters hitting 59 or higher!

As far as the side goes, I won't be taking the Lakers minus the pts. I'll either be taking Den +5.5 (hopefully 6) or Laker's ML, most likely Denver plus the points. I would not be surprised if the Lakers lost tonight. But I would be surprised if Denver didn't compete.

Game 2:
"Oh, we're going to respond. I guarantee we respond," -Carmelo Anthony

Denver Post

Q: "What have you learned about yourselves as a team?" (Asked during the post-Game 7 Lakers-Rockets press conference)

A: "That we're bipolar." (Kobe Bryant)

The Nuggets are not calling this a "must-win" game and I don't think it is either. But with that said ... I expect Denver to come out angry after not closing out the games final six minutes in Game 1. I expect a full 48 minute effort from the Nuggets and you know the Lakers will be ready and have a slew of adjustments themselves.

It's hard to win 3 in a row against lakers so denver will give all they got in this game or it will be over in 5 or 6 games for them.

I do believe the Nuggets can cover & win SU.
I honestly had a bad feeling about game one & said before that losing game 1 may turn out good for them.

Too much research today

9 Freaking hrs

...........My eyes hurt , my hands hurt...but in the end my bookie is hurting.

I will say it again

You can have all the historical crap you want to ... Denver is not going to go away or shy away from this soft Lakers team. I saw all I needed to see last night to know that Denver will continue to have success throughout this series.

The Lakers were the ones who ended up stealing Game 1 from Denver.

Wish I had the balls to take Den ML. Glad you guys changed my mind about the over, took the under and just barely squeeked it out. Man these lines are tight.

I hope you had a good visit with your brother Ax.
