Hey guys..not much of a pro hoops capper but I'm gonna join you on this one...how bout some more thoughts...

1) Cavs home opener...I know this sounds stupid but I really think Ricky Davis is gonna work Kobe hard tonight..I think Z will be a big key, they should not have anyone to stop thim..I think the cavs keep it close??

2) Golden St getting alot of points...13 at last check, that seems to be a lot for a young solid team...

At first glance, Atlanta seems like a solid play. Denver doesn't look sharp at all, but remember the altitude factor. Good teams have struggled against very mediocre Nugget teams of the past. If the line moves up to 5 or 6, I'm jumping on Denver.

I remember the altitude factor. I think the players get affected more outside than inside a building. This play is against the Nuggets. Usually if you have a weak team winning against a much superior team on the road the next game usually there is some kind of let-down. Also helps that atlanta is a much better team than Nuggets. Hopefully Atlanta comes thru.

This is the first of a five game road swing for ATL. Last 3 years, Hawks have gone 0-12 in this November road trip. As a result, I don't think they'll take this game lightly and I've got to believe they'll be motivated to get a win tonite to start off their road trip on the right foot.

FWiW I played ATL -3.

Learnt my lesson for $90 Canadian. I think its gonna be a life long lesson. Damn .. the way to teach me was to make me lose that game. And the way to make me remember the loss of the bulls game was by scripting an OT and then a miss by 4/10'th of sec left to lose.
