CELTICS hit nearly 50% from the field in FH and MIAMI did what was expected, not much. Doubt if BOS hits as well in 2H and this game should end in the 160's. Taking the UNDER here for one unit.

Gotta believe we see a much better effort in 2nd half from these guys. Only 73 pts so far in this one, so we're going over a mere 161 for the game. That's 20 some pts under the opening line, and I feel it's too much. This game should land near 170 and I see the HORNETS coming back to win here and cover.

Man, what an ugly game! ORL didn't do anything in this one, yet are only down one at the half. NYK turned the ball over a ton of times already and can't see that happening again, but without a true leader on the floor, I don't like the look of the KNICKS. TMAC takes this one over late and sends the NY fans home with a frown... Lean to OVER, but both teams struggling too much for me...
Wizards / BULLS -6 91
I normally wouldn't do this, but I think the linesmaker is off here. Taking the BULLS and UNDER for one unit each. PIPPEN will talk to these kids at HT and get them into this one. He's got too much pride to get blown out at home. Nice value with CHICAGO now getting +6 at home. I can't see these two squads suddenly lighting it up though, so I'm going to play the UNDER. EVEN if they manage to score 15 more pts in 2H, which is big, they still don't get to the number.

SPURS come back and win this game... maybe not by much, but all I need is a 3 pt win. BOTH teams shot horrific in 1st half and although I doubt if they hit for 50%, they will improve on those numbers.
JAZZ last year were a 2nd half team. I took them at home quite often with the OVER and they came thru most of the time for me. I know this team is much different without Stockton/Malone, but the kids were the ones making the run for them last year, and now they have an extra year of experience. Normally I would take this game Under based on FG% in this one, but JAZZ will keep this one close in 2H, and push the total OVER. JAZZ hardly got to the line in 1H and I think you'll see more FT's out of them in 2H.
CLE +5 & UNDER 99.5
KINGS made their statement... no need to blow out this young CAVS team. I think CLEV will make a run at some point and get this game down to six or seven, then SAC will pull away and win by 10-12. I doubt if SAC can continue hitting at 60% and I'll be surprised if CLEV hits 40. The UNDER 216.5 for the game is a nice value off closing line. I think this one ends around 204 or so.

MAVS went 0-8 from 3's, GST 2-7 so between them they hit 2 of 15 which I doubt continues. Both teams started out very slowly in first quarter, hitting around 30% from the field. BOTH heated up in 2Q, going from 36 to 60 pts between them. I think DALLAS gets their offense rolling in 2H, pulls away in this one, but with GST staying close thru 3rd, we should get another 55-60 pt quarter to push this one OVER the total.
