Had a miserable Monday. Got back-doored by Charlotte late, Phoenix blew a cover in the last minute of the game and an outright horrible cap on my part in the Utah/Nola game.
Kyrie Irving comes back into action tonight after missing three games with a concussion. Varejao is still missing from the Cavs lineup but so is Danny Granger on the Indiana side. Granger is averaging eighteen points a game and I'm looking for the Pacers to be lost without him tonight. Cleveland is a meek 5-7 at home this season while Indy is 10-7 on the road. Cleveland's next game is a huge one. They host the Miami Heat. I would usually go against the Cavs in this spot if the Heat game was tomorrow because I would agree with the system that says they would be looking ahead. However, they get to rest and prep for Miami tomorrow as they don't play that game until Friday. Hoping Kyrie and the Cavs come out and play hard tonight. 82% on the Pacers and the line hasn't moved. I'll gladly fade the public.
My second play of the night belongs to the Pistons. They played well last night against SA and I believe they continue to play well tonight against Boston. I also feel that the Celtics are already looking ahead to tomorrow's game against the Bulls in Chi-town. I think they try to sleep walk their way through the game tonight allowing Detroit to slip in the backdoor and cover the spread. Gut play.
This is another gut play. The Knicks have been insanely hot recently. Jeremy Lin is the talk of the entire Association right now and as bad as I want to continue riding the success of New York, I believe the streak ends tonight. The Knicks are 8-1 ATS the last 9 games they've played. SAC is a tough team with young talent. They can hang with the Knicks around the perimeter and down low inside the paint. The Kings are the team that make the statement tonight in the Garden!
My plays:
Cleveland Cavs +2 for 2 units
Detroit Pistons +10 -120 for 2 units
SAC Kings +6 for 2 units
I might have some late game total plays as well.
Let's get it :0074
