not sure what the first part of your question is. to answer the second part, i think its a combination of both. nc state, when motivated, has some serious athletes on that defense. as for reggie ball, i think hes a decent but not great quarterback. hes got two of the best receivers in the entire country and he cant get them the ball consistently. his performance in the 1st half is pretty consistent with how hes been all year. his completion % on the season is way below average. when tech is clicking, theyre really good. lots of players on that offense. but ball is incredibly erratic imo. its not a huge shocker to see him have a clunker 1h like that

Looks lke the MIA OH / NO ILL game all over again, but this time you got to play the FAVORED HOME TEAM at a huge bargain.... it was a no brainer play for me to take TECH just as I took MIA OH last night in gman2's thread last nite but lost on the OVER. A good team with a good coach will make adjustments at HT... love to see the FAVORED HT behind at the half.... I will take them every single time! :SIB.... well almost! 
Hope everyone wins, but I know that can't happen. I wasn't available at the half, busy at work, but if GA TECH covers, look for this trend more often. I used it to play USC last SAT and hit on others too. It's a solid play more often than not.
