I have a good friend from college who lives in Raleigh. Always get his take on things if I like one side or another in an NC State game. This guy is not a gambler, but knowledgeable in football and in close with NC State community - his wife works for State and he actually was a spotter for Pack home games this year. This was cut directly from his email: ?The Pack sent home some key defensemen due to academic issues and breaking team rules. One was a starter and the other two played enough to make an impact. The Junior Corner back (Greg Golden) was sent home for "unspecified disciplinary reasons? Two D linemen (Alan Halloway and Sheldon Lewin) were also sent home earlier this week for academic reasons. Starting offensive guard (Ricky Fowler) and backup tailback (Josh Brown) are also ruled out of the game due to injury.
