After the first week's of games...

1. redsfann, but had Texas winning it all
2. Tim W, a non MJ person
3. Taoist
4. Trent B, a non MJ person
5. Bad Angel

Lots of scenarios left and many people still alive, even myself although on life support.

I am going to officially delete the temporary email address, therefore if anyone needs to contact me please do so at the appropriate place.

Thanks MJ for allowing me to run this, and Happy B-Day to you.

Didn't I read somewhere about the leader at the half-way point getting some coin? :mj07:

And don't ask what I was thinking when I picked Texas to win it all, because obviously, I wasn't...

Update....

1. 123 points Tim W., non MJ with OSU winning
2. 122 points Meyera R, non MJ with FLA winning
3. 121 points Bad Angel, with GTOWN winning

My poll officially dead, but the one I helped my wife fill out (LOL) still has a chance with UCLA beating GTOWN.

redsfann, your consolation prize for winning at the half is the very first invite next year. kidding.

good luck the rest of the way to all.

Seriously, though..........you have the winners, and I have shit! Good luck from here out!

(I actually had all 8 teams left, but no chance to win! Too many early round upsets that never happened.....)

To all,

Last night's Florida victory concluded another NCAA Tournament and Bracket Challenge. I hope that you all enjoyed the contest and I will run this yearly to which you all will automatically get an invite. It will stay "Brian's Bracket Challenge" forever and I will not change the title. This past year we had 135 entries in the mix and I assume this will continue to grow. PLEASE NOTE, you all will get an invite the NCAA Football Bowl Challenge too which in my opinion, it is just as much fun or better. The polls will always be a 20 entry fee.

1. Meyera R. 155 Points 1300
2. Terry S. 153 Points 800
3. Don B. 144 Points 360
4. Paul P. 144 Points 150
5. Stephen M. 143 Points 70

and..

6. or Last Place (Duffy Award) Mike S. Sr. 66 Points 20

By virtue of the point tiebreaker Don was 27 points off of the total points and Paul was 29 points off the total points, hence Don finishing in third place. Those that won already got an individual email last night and please confirm receipt.

Special thanks to a few of you, Morris and Jake and a few others for giving me a few extra $ for beer, I certainly appreciated it. Congratulations to the winners and I will be back in touch will all of you in December.
