FCS:

South Carolina St. -2.5 over Delaware St.--SC St. is on a four game winning streak with a great chance to win out. They have good balance in their offense and a solid defense. They should cover the small chalk at home.

SE Louisiana +9.5 over McNeese St.--This should be a high scoring game as both teams combined average about 70 points per game. SE La hasn't lost by double-digits to any FCS team this year.

E. Kentucky PK over SEMS--I was a little surprised at this line. I had EKU as a 10.5 point favorite. EKU is fighting for at least a share of the OVC. SEMS had a nice win last week but I don't think their defense is strong enough to win this one.

North Dakota St. -42 over Indiana St.--Indiana St.'s closest game in the last 4 weeks was a 40 point loss. ND St. will take out some frustrations in this one.

Norfolk St. -6.5 over Howard

ULM +6 (H1) over Troy--This play is an angle I have played over the past couple of years. It has been hitting at a decent rate so I will post it here.

FBS Plays

Iowa/Illinois under 50.5--Iowa has only gone over this number twice and both games were blowouts. Illinois doesn't put up big numbers against solid defenses like Iowa.

EMU/WMU under 59.5--Fading some steam. This might get to 60 or 60.5.

Wisky/Sparty under 48.5--Wisky is beat up on offense, Sparty will just try to manage the game.

Arkansas St. +13.5 (1st Half) over Alabama--I think Bama may take a half to wake up. Arkansas St. should hang around for awhile.

Minnesota -7 over NW--I'm not sure how NW will score with Sutton and Bacher out.

Michigan ML +120 over Purdue--Michigan's young players should still be playing hard, Purdon't should be about ready to quit.
