Just a fwiw...Washington is minus Locker in that game, and he is the damn offense, the defense sucks ass....and I would stay clear of that team.

Going to hit these games, maybe more later

South Carolina +3 (-120) at Ole Miss - 5 unit play
Really like the Gamecocks in this spot. Ole Miss coming off a huge emotional win, but Gamecocks D is real good. I see a few turnovers by the Rebs and see the Cocks coming away with a 10-14 point outright win.

Arizona State +10 (-120) at Cal - 5 unit play
I like the Sun Devlis in this spot to keep this one close or perhaps get the outright win. Cal is undefeated thus far, but outside of an opening weekend win vs Sparty, they have not faced a juggernaut of talent. The fighting Ericksons are coming off two tough losses and an off week to get things on track. May not be a popular pick, but I like them in this spot.

Uconn +7 at UNC - 3 unit play
Both teams coming off big road wins with backup QBs. I think Edsell is one of the best coaches in the country. Both he and Leavitt from USF have built programs from the ground up. I like Phil Steele, but picking this team 7th out of 8 in the Big East was just rediculous. Year after year, they get no respect, but with 17 returning starters off a 9-4 season, what did everyone expect? They have struggled against ACC teams in the past, but see this one as a low scoring game, so I will take my chances with the TD on the road, while expecting UNC to get a 3 point win.

Air Force -5- vs Navy - 3 unit play
The Falcons are in the midst of a 5 year losing streak to Navy and with the Midshipmen going into Wake last week and getting the upset, most would probably expect them to make it six in a row at Air Force. Looking at this game, Navy's two losses have come against teams who can scores - Duke and Ball St., and Air Force took Utah to the last minutes of their only loss. Couple that with an impressive win against Houston who beat ECU in Greenville last week, makes me think Air Force is going to win this game by two scores. I think the Flyboys send the boaties home a little mad.

Like both of these a great deal. The USF-Pitt game looks like the public side, but the UAB-Memphis I really like. When playing teams that can score, these teams have lit it up. I like both teams to be in the 30s tonight.
