"...Quo fas et gloria ducunt..."
just wanted to let everybody know what i have planned in regards to my capping college football this year.

YEAR ONE: 2001 - 2002 season: 49 - 45 = +10.40 units

YEAR TWO: 2002 - 2003 season: 96 - 76 = +5.55 units
good capping. POOR money management, my big unit plays were losing.

YEAR THREE: 2003 - 2004
______________________________________________

this year i hope to have my best year in this sport. I've learned alot in the last two years and i hope to do a better job of it.
______________________________________________

My thread will be broken down into two parts.

SECTION A: MY regular picks

SECTION B: my anti top ten % concensus picks from a certain website ( not this one), which involves fading their picks.

This "top 10%" consensus shows the number of picks made by the top ten % players on this site. If the percentage of picks exceeds 59%, the game is highlighted in green.

if the pick is 59% and higher, THAT IS THE PICK YOU GO AGAINST.

SECTION B: history of the anti picks.

here was their record from last season:

College Football (NCAAF)

2002 - 2003 season
Record Percent Units

ATS Picks 229-227-6 50.22% -10350

O/U Picks 83-107-4 43.68% -17350

All Picks 312-334-10 48.30% -27700
(if you had wagered $500 per bet)

you would have lost -$27,700 bucks.

the problem with tracking this is that it's best to go against these picks about 10 minutes before the games start, because by then, the bettors have put in their bets and there won't be any last minute picks to mess up the % of the picks.

another problem is, there's a shitload of games.
i'll probably record the results a day later to see how they did with their picks. As i did this in baseball, i ain't sitting in front of a computer all day tracking picks.

SECTION A: my picks

in regards to my picks, i check out historical data usually in the last 2 - 3 years, and i prefer betting on inter conference games rather than out of conference games unless it's a powerhouse vs a weaker out of conf team.

furthermore, i cap games using covers.com and then i check out the harmon forecast and some NCAA prediction sites.

fairly simply routine...i don't OVERCAP games.
i'm just a simple, basic capper.

you won't see a crapload of write-ups from me....i have NO love for any ONE team.....i bet with my head and not with my heart.

that's pretty much it.

comments are always appreciated.

see you at the start of the season.

La buena suerte mi amigo. Aprecio los polluelos con extremos gordos y doy felaci?n realmente buena. Tambi?n, pienso el movimiento de que la l?nea es muy importante en el f?tbol.

Find 1 or 2 conferences and focus on them.

Our man fletcher is so true in his reasoning. The obscure conferences are actually the easiest to handicap, b/c the lines are way off etc.

Find the worst coaches in CFB and bet against them. I will come up with a list of schitt coaches, but Solich is already one you can constantly fade and have enough money to buy plenty o porn.

NO.

You've been out of capping too long, you're gonna be rusty from time to time.

and besides, we got better things to do than capping football games on a thursday nite....
