some rain expected. but it was raining in kalamazoo for western michigan and northern illinois. rain kept that game under 100, lol. in all seriousness though, the precip shouldnt affect the game, and toledo has the field turf (just like wmu and these other schools) so field drains well and the surface should be fine. if anything, offense has the edge in rain. its bad winds that can really mess up the pass game but that shouldnt be an issue.
