Scott I can't wait, for that lock!!!!!!!!!!!! What is it? At least give a hint.

It will make you a life-long-winner!

Lets not clutter this thread about me :) , lets keep it filled with MAC winners from G-Man2! I have a lot to learn about the MAC. I am 0-1 this year -3.3 units! :(

I might travel NW a bit later on just to see Gradkowski and Jacobs on the field at the same time. If you like offensive football, that match up should be one for the ages.

I'm probably going to come right back this week and throw down again on EMU provided it stays under 7. Over the number is appealing to me in that one as well, as I see a 40-28 type game. Central + 22 catches my eye as well.

western michigan qb cubit will likely play on saturday. doesnt change anything with the play. hes a good quarterback but even if he goes, its unlikely he'll be at his best considering he's missed substantial practice time over the last few weeks.

spang, re: emu/ull, the initial line really shocked me. it opened up at 4.5 and i did a double take. i couldnt believe the line was that low. i guess from a national perspective, emu flies under the radar so that explained the low opener. only thing that scares me about the total is that ULL is a little banged up at their skill positions. not sure if theyre gonna try and match emu point for point. i think eastern michigan wins by 10-14 there.

hey gman, I wanted to know your take on game tonight. 75% on pitt on consensus site i follow, and line is not shaking an inch? looks funny. Thinking about a play against the road wood and backing solich and the bobcats here. what do you think? I know they didnt play well against NW last week but wanted to see what your take is.

thanks

thanks, gman. the more i look at it, the more i like ohio. last year, they had more first downs and more yards than pitt AT pitt. they lost by 21, but they gave up a pick for a touchdown, and had a blocked punt that led directly to another td. also, palko's numbers were AWFUL, but it was his first start, so i probably can't expect another repeat from him (6/19 for 49 yards). but that sure would be nice. :)

g.l.,g.......i`m glad you`re still around...always liked cappers that give rationale....and you always back up a play with solid analysis.........

even if you are from ohio.....but,i realize...it`s not like you had a choice... :nooo: ....

and despite those humble origins, you`re a self made handicapper....and a damned good one....

an american success story...i`m all verklempt,now......

UNDER??????????

I bought your picks and got Over...shit.....

J/K Put some grins money on the Bobcats as discussed.

Also, FYI, the Kstate start time is because of the Big 12 tv contract rules.

i stand corrected. palko sure tried to duplicate his numbers from last year. 6/16 for 64 yards prior to this final drive.

i have to tip my cap to solich - he clearly had his team ready for this game. but when will coaches ever learn? the so-called "prevent defense" is a sure way to let the other team back in the game. and if this game somehow ends up going over the total, i'm sending solich a bill for the under money he cost me.

I'm having trouble keeping up with what you are actually playing Gman. I know its probably hard enough for you to update this thread without demands from the rest of the forum but I didn't notice a post with the Ohio / Pitt under until that recap you did for one of the other members.

Keep up the good work.

You didn't notice the Ohio/Pitt Under because it wasn't posted here before the game. Gman has a website where he posts his plays. Let me just say the plays are doing well. Keep up the good work Gman and good luck this weekend. I've got my wagers in and expect another sweep  :142lmao: :spotting: :brows: :thumb:

robbo/ernie:

if my response to woodsy (or whomever asked about recap of plays) was unclear, i apologize. again, out of respect to jack, i dont want to turn this thread into anything about my website. thats first and foremost. hopefully the service questions will dissipate as the season moves on. answering woodsy's question was probably a no-win proposition because it could only lead to confusuion. lesson learned. plays are monitored, so not worried about that part of it. but still dont want to confuse anyone or take this thread down that road. intention was to post all the mac info for the week like ive been doing for a few years now - always have, always will. nothing will change. and post one of the plays along with it. while there are others mac gms i play, i certainly hope the info that does get posted here helps in some way. so ernie, nothing has changed on the toledo play.

cal-nev:
the wisconsin game does not appeal to me. tough to project what kind of effort we'll see from wisky, with this game sandwiched between a shootout vs. bowling green and a road trip to chapel hill. temple might be an afterthought. but temple is so bad that even a half-hearted effort could result in a wisky cover. just a tough game to cap.
