best bets (2-5) (-10.50 units)
strong plays (10-8) (+2.40 units)
regular plays (8-16) (-9.60 units)

overall (20-29) (-17.70 units)

another losing week last week going (3-4) (-1.90 units). been a strange year for me as i am doing better in the nfl than the ncaa's, usually the other way around. i am due for a good week in the colleges, hope it is this week.

best bets

vanderbilt +16 vs georgia............i lost with vandy last week in a very similar situation, this time they get the cover. I still think vandy is not that bad at home. always tough to win in the sec on the road. it is a winner this week.

strong plays

s florida +2 vs pittsburgh.............pitt is back! they beat cincy last week! yeah right. i am not going to be one of those people waiting for pitt to improve, they won't under coach dave. speaking as a pitt fan and this is sad, but s florida is the better team....even at pitt.

notre dame +12.5 vs usc.............maybe i should just play the first half line here. usc has struggled in the first half lately. i think this time they struggle the whole game. they will find a way to win, but i look for the irish to come up with a game plan to take the trojans out of theres. when a team wins a championship, there are always a game or two that you need to get lucky and win. i think this is one of those games. usc by 4.

regular plays

northwestern +7.5 vs purdue..............northwestern playing with some confindence now and purdue always seems to be a disappointment. love the extra half point in this one.

iowa state +5.5 vs missouri...........missouri reminds me alot of purdue. always talk about how good they are going to be, but always underachieve.

nc state -5.5 vs clemson...........just a gut feeling on this one. i jsut seem the home team winning by at least a touchdown.

that is all for this week, only playing six until i get back on track. good luck everybody!!

If you think that it is tough to win on the road in the SEC then why not take LSU?

I think they spank Florida this week.

They already dropped a fluke comeback to Tenn. and it will not happen this week.

LSU by 2 touchdowns in this one.

As for Vandy, they will not come close to winning this game, but could get lucky and get a backdoor cover here.

No play for me, unless I tease Georgia down for the straight up win.

I have a question for you and mostly everybody in general. (radio/media) Why do people feel ND can come up with a gameplan to beat USC but USC can't come up with a gameplan to beat ND? ND can find a way to take USC out of their gameplan but USC can't find a way to take ND out of theirs? If ND finds a way to take USC out of their gameplan, USC won't make adjustments?

USC is NOT the Miami Hurricanes where they show up and try and win on talent alone. Hasn't USC proven they are one of if not the best coached teams in the country?

Not criticizing your pick on ND. I think there are VALID reasons for taking ND +pts.
