96-99 -6.17 UNITS

NCAA - 0-0 +0.00 UNITS
NIT - 2-2 +0.4 UNITS

Alot of dogs here, love some of these teams to win SU and will post some ML when my book gets them up... gl boys, hope you all have a profitable tournament run.

ROUND 1

1.) Northern Iowa +7.5 --- 2 UNITS

This team is getting SO MUCH bad press from everyone around the country that it is not even funny. They have what it takes to beat a overrated Wisky team who has no real star and I think with the blessing they got to get to the tourney they will def not lay down and lose by anywhere near double figures

2.) New Mexico +5 ---- 2 UNITS

Got a bad line on this one as it is going up, but I think New Mexico's D will cause hell for Nova and Nova has no answer Danny Granger ...Again and again I tell people how good this team is, and Vegas still makes them out to be another BYU with a good record lol

3.) Wisc Milw +4.5 ---- 2 UNITS ---- WIN

If this team heats up, SU win is very possible. My big upset prediction game of the first round.

4.) Eastern Kentucky +16.5 --- 1/2 UNIT --- WIN

5.) Iowa +3 --- 1 UNIT

Team playing very solid ball since Pierce got booted and now they are finding their stroke. Got beat by a buzzer beater by Wiskey, could have very well took trhat game and a higher seed.

6.) Utah St +5.5 --- 1/2 UNIT

Didnt know this would be such a popular pick, but hey ill take my chances with a lights out shooting team who finally got their stroke and beat the team taht caused them the most trouble this year n Pacific.

7.) Niagra +12.5 --- 2 UNITS --- LOSS

OU is one team I LOVE playing against as I always am able to find inflated lines, and when the team on the good side of the inflated line is playing as well as Niagra and its future NBA baller Mendez, then I make it a play :)

I havent really looked at the play in game but dman a game opening at 10 then dropping to 6.5 smells fishy ...no play for me, can't name one player of either of these teams lol

5-2 sounds good Vyrus. Bryanz I have a consensus from carib and it say 52% a@m and 48% oak. With about800 bets in.

best of luck vyrus. id consider a utah state play more of a 'sharp' play than a 'popular' play. that team is so disciplined and so well-coached that their style has the potential to really frustrate arizona. just gotta hope they survive the first 10:00. if theyre within 5 or 6 after the 2nd media timeout, then i think they can win SU. only one i really gotta disagree on is iowa. i think cincinnati is capable of stringing together a few wins in this tourney. their defensive pressure is really gonna force some role players for iowa to step up and contribute. love the milwaukee play. and i like the niagara play too, as i think the purple could be a real sleeper, im just not thrilled with the draw of okie. sooners are nowhere near as good as their seed but they are physical and niagara has to try and play their tempo (not okie's) to stay in it.

Gman, totally agree on Niagra...if this game becomes a Okie-Texas (or okie st is it lol?...u know what i mean) style game were their something like 110 pts scored than this game will be so far out of Niagras hands that I can see them giving up the final 10:00 after being dong 3-5 the whole game and losing by 15...however, I dont think that will be the case as I realy feel this team will play their ass off and have a chance at a SU win, and at the least cover

Iowa is just one of those teams I like to play in situations like this were a classic 'powerhouse' is laying a small # of points to a team that the public knows lost their star player, and all of a sudden they are saying they are only 3 worst than the bearcats on a neutral court? I really feel Iowa's 2 guards will breakout here and play some solid D of their own to keep this one legitamitely close...

8.) Pacific +4 --- 1 UNIT --- WIN

This team got screwed on their seed...their playing a team that has been solid the last few years, but I really think this Pacific squad has what it takes to get passed a very bipolr Pitt squad...this team shows up and wins games they shouldnt win, and gets squashed in games where they are the obvious favorite...Like Pacific to take it SU

9.) UL Lafayette +11.5 --- 1 UNIT

I know I know, Louisville is one of the hottest teams in the land...but you watch this Cajun squad hoop it up a little and you know they have the firepower to keep this WAY below 11.5...I doubt Louisville will be going for a blowout win either, as they have a showdown with G-Tech (most likely, at least in my betjamaica pool  its the case.), and they are going to need some very fresh legs for a extremley defensively sound squad like the Jackets

10.) UT- Chatanooga +17 ---- 1/2 UNIT

No chance IMO in a SU win, but def worth a shot with a offensively sound squad who can play some D as well...I see a 9pt wake win

Good luck Vyrus. Going against Pitt scares me because I know they are more than capable of beating up Pacific here, but we've also seem play some stinkers this season. Like those other doggies, might be adding Iowa as well.

I just really don;t think Pitt plays great ball when it comes down to it...Pacific is playing like a solid team right now, and I really feel they make it to the sweet 16...gl Black
