Just one question for you. WHERE in the WORLD are you finding Wisc. -9??????? Everywhere the line is either 10 or 10.5. I mean if you can find -9 then more power to you.
Oops meant to post 9. LOCAL line was 9' bought the half point! Does that work for you? I personally would of bet it at 10 or 11.
