Season: 9-8 (53%) +7.8%

Not a great week one, but up money non the less, thanks to hitting both of my 8% plays. On to week two....

Will post my plays as I make them...

Oregon -11 (-120) 6% loss

This one jumped out at me more than any other game on the board. Vegas must know something here. My guess is that the Ducks will rallly at home to try and turn around in a hurry what could be the fall of their season. It's either this , or Purdue money line.:mj07: All signs point to the Big 10 having a down year, so I'll bite and take the home fav here...

Western Michigan +1.5 5% loss
Well, back to back Big 10 opponents. Indiana is a far cry to playing Michigan in the Big House. I backed them last week, so fool me once.....you know the rest. I really don't see this one being close.

Notre Dame -3 4% loss

Here's the deal kids. The Fighting Irish have their shit togeather this year. I made a decent size wager on thier win total for this season and if all sets up well, that USC meeting could mean A TON. Think the early season Michigan home game cluncker comes this week.

Iowa State +7 (-120) 4% loss
Two teams in the same state heading in opposite directions. This one is always a tight contest and to be at home with points against a team that needed not one, but two blocked fg's in the final seconds to pull off a home win last week? No brainer play for me.

good luck...

got my speedo on ARI !

adding these....

Houston +15 4% win

Plan and simple. I think Houston has the offense to keep this game competitive and they will air it out on every position regardless of the score, so a backdoor might be open.

Air Force +4 4% loss

I'm sorry, but if you're at home and it takes you OT to take down the Orangemen, you are not a play laying points to a MUCH BETTER team this week. Love the points here.

Still looking at a couple sides and several totals...

Good Luck Players!

Minnesota was in the Carrier Dome last week in front of a near sellout SU crowd. Problem for Minnesota was that it had no tape of SU since SU installed new offense and defense. SU defense was very physical with Decker. Once Minnesota started moving him around, Decker was unstoppable. Minnesota installed a new offense as well and sputtered early but made the halftime adjustments and looked much better second half.

Don't underestimate SU. They looked much better then previous editions. Had some OL troubles but defense was much faster and physical then under GROB. Offensively, I think that they will be getting more of their playbook into the gameplan as weeks go by. Learning curve was a little slower in camp as they broke Paulus in and return of WR Williams after a year away. They have to solve some of the OL problems but that is suppose to be Marrone's expertise.

I have no take on Minn-AF but just pointing out that Minnesota did not play bad LW. Syracuse played awful well compared to previous editions.

PS. I was at game and watched replay 3 times this week. GO ORANGE

Minnesota
The hype surrounding the new stadium here is enough to think the Gophers will win. I wouldn't play against this mojo anytime.

Thanks for the input. Don't know what the hell I was thinking puting Miny at home last week. You would know much better than I the quality of team the Orange have this season if you're actually at the games. I assume you are an alum or a big fan and follow the team closely,so I'll take your word that they are getting better. Just think Air Force is a far better team "right now" than what Miny faced last week.

come on air force

Thought they had a good chance....

Got lucky to hit both 8% plays this week, so still a profit made for the week...San Jose State would be a welcome additon to the bankroll if they can hang tough in the 2nd half.

NFL tomorrow baby j...

17-14 (54.8%) +14.5%
