Notre Dame is definitely a bad team right now, but they're not as bad as advertised or even as bad as seen. They started the Michigan game with a Mickey Mouse offense which ended with them kicking from their end zone, a turnover, and then a 3 and out. After that they became one-dimensional and then Weis started moving his entire roster of Olinemen in and out of the game at different positions looking for 5 guys that could play. The results were as expected.
Weis has as much as admitted that he's f'd up the entire fall camp and I expect ND to run 8-10 plays on offense and run them well. They have a decided edge in talent with MSU which they haven't had all year and they're playing a school with a legacy of self-doubt that will kick in if the Irish are able to do anything positive.

I'm definitely not on the Illini bandwagon, but the game against Indiana is a good match up for them as they don't have to have Williams throw the ball which is the Illini's greatest weakness. Indiana's traditionally given up 5+ yards/carry against their Big 10 foes and are 2-9 ATS against teams with a winning record. You always risk having an advantage that is not exploited and knowing that you'll be losing the TO and penalty battle when backing a Zook team, but I think they have enough of a talent mismatch to get a road cover.
Illinois -2.5 one unit
Some tough matchups for the Cavs to handle with their young QBs and limited receivers
Georgia Tech -3.5 one unit
