Thx Tulah.

It crossed my mind this morning that anyone who is a fan of college football (outside of GA, that is) should be rooting for LSU to beat UGA this weekend. Although it seems unlikely to me that this will happen, an LSU win would setup #1 Gators at #4 LSU 7pm next saturday.

IMO, that night could be the most electric atmosphere in the history of college football. Of course, I will be there yelling (and drinking) my balls off.

Outta here til at least Friday. GLTA

L'ville +7 x2
Good setup for L'ville imo. Pitt is playing 2nd consecutive roadie on a short week. Pitt is also off of an emotional loss, and has played nobody outside of NCSU (who rallied to beat them LW). L'ville lost a close one to rival Kentucky 2 weeks ago and have had this game circled after the 41-7 whipping Pitt put on them LY. It was to be expected Ville would stuggle last week on the long trip to Utah. I expect a game effort from fired up Cardinals.

LSU @ UGA I am thinking UGA is the side. UGA has an advatage over LSU at QB and OL. LSU DL is banged up. This is looking like a 27-13 to me, with LSU offense continuing to struggle to convert on 3rd down and move the ball efficiently.

Still looking at Arky, UTEP , Kentucky and TTech

Last play til saturday:

LSU un53 (-108) x3These teams will feel each other out. The "inferior" teams LSU has faced to date have loaded the box and forced LSU to throw to win. Jefferson only last week began completing passes downfield. Prior to that, all of his long passes were short catch and run. UGA will come out in a base set and will adjust accordingly. LSU will definitely try to establish the ground game. The LSU OL has been hearing it all week, and my guess is they come to play. I look for a grinder, particularly in the 1H.

6-6 on the day including a 1h play on Kentucky.

Florida @ LSU in 6 days:00hour

Baton Rouge should be wild this week. It was nice to finally see Scott running free in the secondary again...god he's a bruiser. This summer I was thinking maybe +7.5...but maybe less now?...:0corn You should have covered your 1st half play with the Cats...17pt dog, only down by 4 with 30+ sec left in the half...why couldn't they just have been satisfied with taking a knee. Only big difference I saw in the game was the QB play...Ky came to play, took Bama a while to wake up.
