not trying to influence you one way or the other but did you read my post about col. injuries...

in case you missed it....

i was thinking of taking the points with colorado but changed my mind after reading this on another forum....

Colorado suffered a couple big blows to their offensive line with season ending injuries last week against FSU to OL Mariner and OL Ryan Miller...Miller was a freshman All American last season. And they say Mariner might have been even better.. This gets me off of Colorado, who I was considering in this spot. It more than likely means a less affective run game for Colorado, which they would have needed against Texas. Miller will be replaced by a reshirt freshman...Colorado now has a very inexperienced offensive line going into league play.

Thanks for the quality info. I read about these injuries, but am less interested in playing on Colorado as I am in fading Texas, who has yet to be tested and will be playing in front of their first hostile crowd. I also like to think these injuries are factored into the line.

Thanks for your opinion on Nebraska. Unlike in day to day life, I do not feel that the past can be used to predict the future in college football.

ASU @ Cal: USC on deck for doesn't phase me because ASU has lost 2 straight. I lean to ASU off of the bye, but no play because its their 1st road game this season.

TAMU @ OSU: Not sure what type of effort you're gonna get from untested Okie St playing their 5th straight at home(crazy, no?) with Mizzou on deck. Ugly dog or nothing for me in this spot.

TTech @ KSU: Public darling TT getting their 1st test, and its on the road. I throw out the KSU loss at L'ville, since it was their 1st road test. Again I lean to the dog, but no play for me here either.

Laying off of Aub. Got a little carried away this morning thinking I would lay the 4 in nashville. Gonna stick to my guns and not play any side which opposes my initial leans. Just have a hunch Vandy O gets shut down today.
