I like this spot for GT, b/c VT has not played well away from home and they better come ready to play. GT has played a meatgrinder of a schedule since their opening game vs Jacksonville St, and now face the best D on their schedule. It also occurs to me that athletic defenses, including LSU last year and Mia earlier this season, were able to shut down GT ground attack. That said, GT is still on my radar, and keep in mind that VT does not have the extra prep time that both LSU and Mia enjoyed to prepare for this option attack.

GT +3.5 (-108) x1 I am sticking with GT. I now recall GT was in a terrible situational spot against Miami, when the Canes shut down the ground attack. Canes were @ home playing their second game on long rest, while GT was playing their 1st road game and 3rd game in 12 nights.
