I see most people on Miss St. this week. According to my only capping rule or perception vs. line, this is the wrong side.

Jasper Brinkley, SCs best player by far, has been announced as out for the season and the line is moving SCs way from the open of 14 to now 15??

Give me some **** this week!

Another "what the hell???" is that Ole Miss stays within 6 of LSU and now Georgia hosts them at the tune of -15?

Give me some dawgs!

Louisville still giving 9?? They can't stop anyone!!!

Give me some Cardinals!

Kentucky is hot!! Woodson is a legit Heisman candidate! They're fourth string running back could be starting in many places! Who the hell is Florida Atlantic?

Give me some ???? of Florida Atlantic catching 23.5!

Have a great week!

We are not eye to eye this week.

I feel MSU will present some problems for SC this week. First, SC is off of a physical mauling at the hands of the LSU OL and DL. Now they return home, change QBs and prep for lowly Miss St with Kentucky and All SEC QB Woodson next week. Sure, SC could cover this number, but I would not lay over 2 TDs in this spot.

As for UGA, I would not lay over 2 Tds with a BIG game vs. Vols on deck. As for perception, I feel the public expects Ole Miss to fall back to earth after "overachieving" last week. Jmho.

Thx gents.

Played these:

KSU +14.5 [-105] x2.5
FSU -2.5 [-105] x2.5

KSU defense has impressed me this year and should create problems for inexperienced Tex OL. KSU off of a bye, and Horns have HUGE matchup vs. OU looming.

FSU off of a bye. Bama only road game this year was at Vandy. FSU D is rested, and should contain Bama ground game. I like how FSU was able to win @Col despite not playing well offensively. I bet Jimbo Fisher, as overrated as I feel he is, will have his O in better rhythm this week vs. his old mentor.

My brief take on my 1st few plays:

Kentucky off of a couple of solid wins may struggle with focus this week, especially with Spurrier on deck. I have read at least one article mentioning Kentucky is ready for this trap game. It has been my experience that this type of article means very little. I wish I'd jumped on @ +24 [-115], but feel ok about +22.

USF matches up well w/ revenge-minded WV. The USF quality CBs can hold their own outside, meaning USF DC has a lot of flexibility in dealing w/ WV ground attack.

Tulane new QB, Scelfo, played well vs. LSU in scrap time LY. He is scrappy, and runs well. Tul will play for 4Q, and LSU will probably coast in the 2H. Unlike Stoops @ Okie, Miles and co. do not feel the need to blow out every small school they play. Miles is aware that he will play in the Nat'l Title game if he beats every team on his schedule including the SEC Tiltle game. This game for LSU is huge because Flynn needs to be 100% in 2 weeks for FLA. As most witnessed, Flynn played at 75% vs. SC last week. He will not play much this week, or at least he shouldn't. LSU also dealing with injury to Early Doucet, who will not be back until at least FLA game. I bet LSU rests plently of their 2 deep in the 2H if the game is under control. Also, LSU lost DT Alexander for the season in a non-contact drill LW, thus cutting into DL depth.

I mentioned my reasons for liking Miss St above.

I also like SD St, Mia(OH) and a couple more.

Love your card again this week. (Especially Fl St, Miss St., USF and FL ATL, but I'd agree with Dawgball on Georgia this week.) Best of luck, bro! :)

I doubt that I'm going to have time to post my plays, as I leave shortly to go out of town for a 2 day seminar, but rest assured that you have already listed several of them....

Take a look at Memphis + (They bombed last week, but a couple of weeks ago when they were originally scheduled to play Arky St, I had them as a big play... Now, 2 weeks later, I've tempered my enthusiasm a little, but they still register as a play this week.)

Also, look at Ariz St. I don't like laying 2 TDs on the road, but they also come up as a play this week.... GL, my friend. :SIB

Thanks for the props, Gents. I have had many fortunate breaks in the early part of this season.

I listened to the Les Miles show last night. LSU is very banged up right now. At least 8 players wore green jerseys(no contact) in practice yesterday. :scared That does not count WR Doucet and OG Arnold. QB Flynn is playing without tape on his injured ankle, but is still not 100%. I think Miles will look to shorten this game by running and will try escape without further injuries. There is a tribute to New Orleans (Hurricane Katrina) in which LSU will wear some outlandish uniforms designed by Nike with portion of the proceeds being donated to the city. I will press my Tulane action this morning. I'm looking @ a 42-10 type of game.

Looks like the oddsmaker is feeling the same with LSU -40 and the O/U at 50ish. I guess they expect about a 45-5 type of game. :scared
