ND needs to hire a great recruiter. That should be the #1 criteria they look for. ND needs talent, the big playmakers. Don't laugh, but I think Rick Neuhiesal would be a great hire. He would pull in great classes at Washington taking CA recruits. That is what a ND HC needs to do. Get recruits all over the country because Indiana is not a gold mine for talent. Yes I know you risk probation but that should be talked about in the interview with ND and Rick. Make sure he runs things clean etc. I know if Rick was ND coach ND would have top 10 recruiting classes. He also is a good coach but does have some baggage.
