Isn't that public information? Can't you contact the tax office and they have to give you the info?
Get the web addy for the County Tax Assessor then Google the Multiple Listing Office in that area to see if any of it's free or public access. If all else fails, befriend an Agent who has access to the local board.
A loan company has that info for getting comps. There are almost as many loan officers as lawyers.

Below is the link the GIS map for Sussex county. Find the parcel on the map by using the + for zoom. When you find the parcel click the ! for information and then click the parcel. It wil give the owners name and particulars on the parcel including the land value.This is more than likely the assesed value which is usually lower than market value. It will give you the book and page where the property has been recorded. Here in florida we go to the clerk of courts and click link to search records and put in book and page and you can view the actual deed,leans anything recorded about property and in most cases what was paid for it. Could not find this option on the county web site but you can call the number below and find out if you can seach online how to obtain what was paid for it. Says he is the recorder of deeds. Ray i told you in another post that i know a real estate agent who might be able to find this info, please update the thread if you figure this out otherwise i will do my best to get you the info at the begining of next week.
