I follow USF as close as anyone, this line should be up for best comedy and just dropped to pick-em. USF will not cover/ everyone make some money. Linesmaker thinks thier 'Effort" versus Cincy meant something. Not a single Conference win this year, not going to get one here. Now only 5 scholarship players will dress with 3 recent walk-ons from the intramural league. Loooking still to play shirts vs. skins. USF will not win this game.
