Is there a website out there that has historical ATS spread data for the NFL. Specifically, I was wondering if there is some trend that more dogs cover in the last few weeks of the season or do the teams still playing for something step on the throats of the teams that are out of it.

Thanks in advance

Bob..

I only have research data for "Home Dogs" not "All Dogs"

The following is data for the years 1995 thru 2005

ALL HOME DOGS 1995 - 2005

SEASON TOTAL

WIN - 432.... LOSE - 382..TIE - 29........53%

WEEK 2 THRU 8

WIN - 175... LOSE - 167.... TIE - 10......51%

WEEK 9 THRU 17

WIN - 257...LOSE - 214....TIE - 18 .....55%

WEEK 9 THRU 12

WIN - 104...LOSE - 97...TIE - 9.....52%

WEEK 13 THRU 17

WIN - 153...LOSE 117...TIE - 7.....57%

This data shows me that Home Dogs do better in the last 5 weeks of the season than the earlier part of the season.

I should add that these results are ATS using closing lines.

Hope this helps..
