Need some help guys!!!

I got a letter in the mail and all looks legit. I've had 2 people look at it and both say should be pursued. It is from the El Gordo De La Primitiva Program. It states that I won 3rd prize which is a considerable amount of maoney. I believe it is a lottery in Mex or Spain. I was in Mexico last year at the time of the entry date. It gives ref nos. and deposit info. I realize with all the scams going on everyone has to be careful. It doesn't mention sending any info other than contacting them. Any help?

Just searched the info and I'm embarassed that I ever thought this was legit. Seems that thousands of winners have been notified. Well if it seems to good to be true, well you know the rest. I did get a real Spanish Stamp, Any stamp collectors want it?
