I have to write a paper and heres the assignment......

Critique of popular culture

Write a critique of any popular media movie,play,biography,computer game, television show to analyze the "hidden curriculum" or pedagogy of what is being taught about issues related to diversity and equity in society through this particular media. Analyze not only what is being taught in an overt way but also consider what the "subtext" is in regards to ways of members of margionalized groups are portrayed in society.


One idea I thought of was "All in the Family" sitcom of the 70's

Anyone else have any other ideas?????

Sounds good to me........but its only a junior level college course called "Issues in Multicultural Education".......I dont need a doctoral thesis on the subject......HA.........My teacher knows I'm not that bright.......It only need to be 3-4 pages.....I just need some ideas on getting started but.......if you love to write..........I would be glad to read it.......I just consider all this research.........
