need watch id info and some translation help, I think German

I know there are a lot of French speakers here, but I'm not sure about German? Thanks in advance.

These are inscriptions on a gold pocketwatch that is a family heirlooom (wife's family) she thinks. Her family is of Dutch and German descent. I think these are names and maybe it was an engagement present?? Hard to tell for sure with a generic internet translator.

The watch has a bison logo and it looks like the maker's initials which are an intertwined RS

The 2nd part is about an engagement between those two people in 1933 that took place on the 15th day after Easter in that year.
