Late Wed nite I was in bed 12:45AM and the windows are open as it is really nice here in Phoenix. there is a rent house behind us which is really nice but these Germans(4) are yelling F-this F-that and my 2 Yorkies begin to bark and the 4 Germans yell out shut the Fuk up or I will kill you, then my Great Dane hears the loud voice and immediately barks and growls at which time the Germans yell, shut the Fuk up or I will kill you azz dog. I get up out of bed (needing to be up at 5am for work) and I go outside and yell... don't ever tell my dogs your going to kill them as I will fuk every one of you up.( Yes as many know I was a ball-player but am now a bodybuilder 5'8 200 and ready to kick everyones azz. The German says I will kill you, your family and all your dogs. Thats when I went bizerk I ran over to the wall (6ft) and told I dared any 1 to come over and get a real azz woopen and not threaten any 1 in my family since you all are making the noise let alone the threats. Well.......(as I stoodat the wall) I saw hands come over the wall as one was going to jump and take a peak....I ran over as his hands and waited for his head to pop up and BOOM I hit the SOB then I saw another ones hands come over the wall and as I ran over there his head popped up and BOOM (the blood went flying). My wife called the cops. They stopped jumping up. When the cops arri9ved I told them the story but did not tell them I hit two of them. The cops go over to tell them to be quiet but before the cops get there all their lights go off. As soon as the cops leave the lights come on and they start in again. They do not know I am standing on my pato waiting for one of them to be stupid and come into my yard. I tell them "Hey dumbazzes I am right here and it's time to go to bed and when you go I will go. They don't stop so my wife calls the police again (Like the police dont have bette things to do) This time another twosome shows up and says well if you didn't stand outside on your patio they wouldn't bother you. I said....look I am sick of this shit and will protect my house from any threats and when you start protecting the ones implementing this ruckus then I have issues......so get the hell away from my house if you will not protect me and my family who are the victims....(wife thought I was going to get arrested) oh well.......anyway nothing more happened last nite or tonight.....Was I in the right and what would you have done???????????

i would have done the same shit.........probably taken it further and waited a few days so things would calm down and catch one of those guys slipping and kick their ass somewhere outside the neighbourhood :toast:

It was like a shooting gallery when I saw the guys hands come over the wall...I was like waiting and when I saw their head I knocked the Shit out of them....My wife and I are loving people and all our neighbors luv us but this was like waht the hell is going on. These guys were around 40 yrs of age and mouthy. I don't like trouble and never go looking for it. This absolutely set me off. And of course I took off work today to see if any 1 of the azzes were going to try and do something stupid to my dogs since my dogs have a dog door and can roam the yard freely.
I am for the right to bear arms but.......I am a sleep walker and GOD forbid a gun to be in my house and I shot my wife. My job is stressful as I am in rehab at the AZ state hospital (forensic) for the guilty except insane. Many don not know what that means well let me say this....If JACK LOL shot his wife and said well the voices told me to do it or I had to shove pencils up her azz to keep the devil from escaping...... then now you understand my job. I deal w/a lot of many mental illnesses and those who don't have a mental illness (in prison all their life) and are now w/us. So I do get stressed and would luv to have a gun but my wife as well as myself would be scared if and when I do sleepwalk. Too make a funny out of this....yes I do sleep in the nude....so to see my bare azz walking down the middle of the street carrying my OOZIE LMAO. Now what do I tell the cops LOL

I don't know. Honestly I would like to think that I would do what you did. ...Agitating the cops probably isn't wise, but you were obviously pretty wound up.
...Maybe get some recorded evidence of their behavior if it happens again? Especially if they are threatening your family and dogs.:shrug:
