NEVADA/HAWAII OPINONS?

WELL GOOD FOR YOU! Play Hawaii +1 tonight. Very smart. Just like when they said play Hawaii -2 @ home against UTEP a week ago, right? I remember I bet Hawaii there, thinking why in the HELL is this line favoring Hawaii here and look what happened? Same scenario pans out tonight. This is the same as Rice +2 tonight. That game wasn't even in doubt.
serious question:
does anyone think this nevada team is any good? theyre the best team in a shit conference right now. to me, the best team in the league is utep. if nevada is ranked, then uwmilwaukee in the horizon should be ranked. neither team plays in a strong conference but theres no way in hell nevada is better than milwaukee. i digress, but im just saying nevada is hardly invincible.

No offense to gman but it is the same with all of these mid majors except St Marys. They havent beaten anybody, yet somehow the public and the RPi thinks they are great. More will get in than should, and 1 or 2 of course will do damage. But they havent earned being there on the court.
i dont take offense to anything. both the mac and the horizon are both down this year. nobody in the mac is worthy of an at-large berth. in the horizon, uw-milwaukee is absolutely good enough to earn an at-large but their resume simply isnt good enough.
Hawaii shooting 19%, 1-8 3pts and 1-4 from the line and only down 5. Says plenty to me about the vaunted Wolfpack, regardless of how this game comes out
No argument when you are comparing Hawaii and Nevada.

um, nevada lost to utep on their own floor as well, and if im not mistaken the only reason that game was close was because nevada rallied from a 24-pt deficit. utep did whatever they wanted on offense that game.

i hear ya. my point is that if im a high seed in the ncaa tourney, id rather play nevada than utep. i know both wont get in, but i think utep has more weapons and a much better offense. but i cant argue the fact that nevada beat utep head to head 2 wks ago.

I saw both teams live @ Rice.
Utep seemed to have more individual talent.
Nevada played better as a team.
Both edged out Rice by a couple of points.
Having seen the locals play,I can tell you Utep and Nevada are both better than a team like Houston(a bubble team that won't get in).
I think Utep gets an At-Large.
