Miss/Rice game, but I just want to know when coaches decided that it's a good strategy to start fouling with four minutes left being down 14? and you should continue fouling with under a minute left and you are down 16? 28 team fouls??? I don't agree with fouling down 16 and under a minute to go. At that point, just concede the loss.

However, I don't have a problem with fouling down 14 and 4 minutes to go. If you're actually trying to win the game, you have to foul at that point. You're down way too many points to just let the other team run 35 seconds off the shot clock every time they have it. So that's good strategy IMO.
