PSU (-10) over FSU

This was a tough game, both teams have great coaches, solid talent and speed. Penn St should want this game more considering the year they have had and IMO will be hungrier for this game. PSU defense is VERY fast and should disrupt the FSU offense even though they looked unreal against VT they should struggle tonight. FSU is a tough team to figure because they can look unreal or look down right poor. Penn State's success can be attributed to a revamped offense - led by quarterback Michael Robinson - that tied for second in the Big Ten with 35.2 points a game. The defense also was impressive, allowing the second-fewest points per contest (16.5) in the conference. Weatherford isn't a good QB but the Noles coaches have put him in situations to make plays and he has responded. Lorenzo Booker, Leon Washington and Antone Smith are certainly talented backs, BUT the running attack has YET to get going after finished dead last in the ACC in rushing averaging fewer than 100 yards per game. PSU has a very speedy offense with a good QB/running back that should give FSU fits considering signal caller Nichols (sp) is out. This isn't a crushing blow to FSU but it does hurt and he will be missed. The PSU offense has enough speed and playmaking ability to make drives count but IMO the PSU is the difference maker. The lions defense should force multiple turnovers and they should get all over this FSU offense. A hard nosed Lions team with more to prove and hunger is my play.

Cheers

Irish, what is your record in the bowls?

Go ahead and call me a basher, but when someone loses as much as you do, please quit posting, because it will only cost other people money.

dbldn:

d - d*ckless
b - b*tch
l - loves
d - d*ck
n - numerous times a night in his a$$

If you want to know Irish's record, go back and tally it yourself, jerkoff. Oh wait, obviously you can't do that because you want everything done FOR you and done 100% correct everytime, including your handicapping.

Thank you db. All the lurkers are forever indebted to you. What the lurkers, and pea-brains like yourself will never figure out, is that if you follow Irish continually, you'll be just fine.
Stick to doing your public service where you typically do it, which is most likely servicing in public bathrooms.

PSU/FSU UNDER (10) 13rd quarter

PSU/FSU UNDER (23) 2nd half

Thanks DC & T4W, but truthfully a dumb$hit that has 9 posts and only shows how the anonymity of the Internet makes someone a harda$$ doesn't really bother me. Funny thing is, if you think I only post losers there are plenty of other threads to check out or PERHAPS get of your worthless Arse and do some of your own leg work. And another thing where in any of my posts does it say PLAY THESE?? Go ahead and look A$$BAG you won't find it so I am not responsible for anything you do unless you are a weak feeble minded waste of a parents busted condom that has no free will of his own? Take "call me a basher" and shove it up your arse after all I'm sure it won't be the first or last thing up there tonight. Good luck on your plays and I would appreciate if you stay out of my threads or at least keep your comments to the only one they matter to, yourself.

Cheers

Texas (+7) over USC
The longhorn defense is underrated but still over matched in this contest. USC is a very strong football team that has been to this dance before and knows how to prepare for it. Of course Young in the X factor for Texas and in this game, he basically can control weather his team wins or loses. He can change the game running or throwing. In this contest IMO he will do both. Teams have had the ability to move the ball against USC all season but then in the second half USC rings the bell and they come to dinner. The fact that teams have come to play USC and normally do well before Carroll and Company have a chance to make game plan changes makes TEXAS (+4) 1st half a play as well. I think Texas has more than enough talent to win this game but are they polished enough to do it. It has seemed in the past that Texas just doesn't win the big game and tonight I'm sure they want to put to rest all the talk that USC will control them. The longhorns need the talent at WR to come through. They have size and speed at wide receiver and can stretch the field because the LBs will be concerned with the Texas GOOD TE Thomas across the middle. Reggie Bush will get his yards as will lienart but Texas needs to make their drives count. Best chance Texas has at this upset is keeping the USC offense of the field and that will take a big effort by Texas' powerful ground attack which features four players with more than 400 yards rushing. Jamaal Charles, Ramonce Taylor and Henry Melton combined to run for 32 TDs. Grind the clock and get scores and the Horns can out right win. Still USC is VERY tough to beat and Carroll is a hell of a game planner so the horns need to throw every play they have at them. I like to see the Texas special teams manage a block or two and the defense hold the Trojans to a few 3 and outs. Both teams will come out fired up and I hope the horns might be a little hungrier as they have a chance to silence all the people that have given the game to USC already.
