Nah...I'm above showing my work on tests. That's why I use my calculator for the hard questions - and I can only answer in words that are spellable upside down, in digits. Like HELLO, SHELLOIL, that kinda thing.

I think Bush would have missed all the questions about the Constitution.

Eddie

One of questions on math/logic is

You have wreck --ins company offeres you $15,000
PIP attorney gets you twice that-$30,000 but takes 1/3 plus expenses ($10,000)-how much did you lose.
Answer 33%

How much more did attorney receice than you for your misfortune.
Answer 200%

Wayne, Wayne, Wayne,

Your math question left out a few facts. In the wreck, the drunk truck driver who rear-ended your vehicle after running a red light, caused a mid calf amputation of your right leg. You are a black, uneducated, sixty year old man with a speech impediment who will not make a good impression with a jury. You have a wife of 40 years, 5 children 3 of whom depend on you for support. You make $40,000 per year as laborer and because of the injury will never be able to work in the plant again. Your damages, medical and lost wages from the wreck total over $400,000.00

Then the insurance company offers you $15,000.00

Edward guess the folks will just have to decide which is more probable--ins co offering $15,000 per your above example--

or you taking 33% "minimum" plus expenses out of every settlement.
