Al:

I realize Obama is moving to the middle as it is an unfortunate necessity in order to get elected (by our dumb electorate). Now you know I've said that a million times. The problem I have with old John is that I used to really really like the old buzzard and I feel like he's cheated on me.

Back in the 90's, this guy echo'd my number one, super duper, exactamundo, no-doubt-about-it, sure-fire, problem with this country........campaign finance reform. Now, what, nothing, nada, zilch, zippo, pac's, lobbyists, tobacco, unions, big corporations, trial lawyers, insurance companies, doctors, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies.

And in the words of the immortal Sony and Cher, the beat goes on. Bush and Cheney have conspired to commit murder, manslaughter and treason. Come on Al, evidence is right before your eyes.

Come to Florence, Indiana in about a month and I'll show you some undisputable evidence I have on those two that will turn your socks. I got it from this old college roomate of mine (nickname was Mindmelt) after a night out with the boys a few weeks ago.

We were celebrating him getting out of the joint after he did a few years for traficing and finding a new job with a new boss, Weedwacker, who I am currently representing.

Eddie

yeah i agree about mccain....at one time he was my favorite politician also.....but am voting for him because i don't like the alternative.

i may have been in the sun too long but i don't see any evidence of criminal activity by the bush administration....and i do know that kucinich tried to bring charges against bush a few weeks ago...but it never took off....no, i think charges would have been brought against this administration if bush has done something wrong....right now i'll just chalk it up to hatred for this president...

florence indiana huh ?...sorry as inviting as that sounds i will be in vegas at that time instead...

Honestly, I believe I missed three questions on the quiz - I think I get to stay. But since you asked, Scott, I think even if deported, I would just head for McCain's Vacation Home and hide out. Nobody seems to be looking for that place lately, and I guess you don't even have to pay for it, either. Sweet deal for an Irish/German deportee...:00hour

sorry scott..had to take a friend out to lunch for his birthday....

let me see if i understand this....you will take the people's choice (obama) who is the favorite (around -160) & want odds....that will definitely not happen...the fact that it is an even bet is great value for you....here is the bet..no negotiating..even bet..you take obama & i have the old man...anything up to $100...if you say yes here, i will send you an e-mail to confirm the bet....if you don't respond to my e-mail (like jabberwocky), there will be no bet...

Al, why do you continue to take on these unwise bets? There is no value for you anymore. Why not just bet offshore and get the + odds.

I'm fascinated by your confidence in McCain. Are you still riding the "WV and KY" primary theory about Obama voters?

i know that i am making unwise bets..but they are for small amounts (about what a dinner would cost) & these bets are with people that i like...i consider them friendly bets.i would bet off shore if i was making bigger bets (which i still may do)...and btw scott will be the last person that i will offer to bet with....

i just think that obama is a very weak candidate.....& even with all of the positive press he is getting the polls basically show a dead even race, which tells me that the american people are not crazy about obama...but mccain better wake up from his coma....he better energize his campaign after labor day which i think will happen (hopefully before)...

but i could be wrong...& as i have previously stated obama will have my support if he wins the presidency....

From your example above--

"Your doctor says your spine was injured, you have soft muscle tears, and the pain in your neck mostly likely is whiplash."

Amazing your quoting the most flagrant of of bogus claims made--the ole soft muscle damage that is impossible to prove one way or another.

This injury is main reason you will find the uncrupulous PIP attorney with phone # of "their preferred physicians/chiropracters memorized.

Yep Edward shame on Ins co for fighting against scam that adds approximately $190 to everyones premiums yearly so you can make your 33% plus expenses.

Swoop and squat car crash scam on the rise in LA and Miami
Posted by Mark Frauenfelder, April 1, 2006 7:32 AM | permalink
The LA Times has an article about a scam called "swoop and squat," which forces car driving victims to rear-end the scam artists' cars. It works like this. You, the victim, are driving along the freeway when a car suddenly pulls in front of you. Immediately, another car pulls in front of both of you, and slams the brakes. The car directly in front of you slams the breaks and you end up rear ending that car. As soon as that happens, the car in front leaves the scene, never to be seen again. The result: you and your insurance company end up paying bogus medical claims and outrageous repair bills.
These crimes are on the rise because it is financially lucrative for the crooks. Even low level participants can make $10,000 or more for assisting a staged accident.
Some organized auto fraud rings are so complex they involve hundreds of willing participants, including unscrupulous lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, auto shops, tow truck operators, ambulance drivers, police officers and insurance company employees, according to NICB investigations.

From one of yuor PIP Bretheren ;)

http://ezinearticles.com/?Why-More-...Dont-Want-Soft-Tissue-Cases-Anymore&id=811237

can you relate?

Assuming you have good Los Angeles injury lawyers for example, they will hire a doctor who will focus on you as an individual and your uniqueness and unique injury. You need a doctor who gives a thorough medical report that covers future damages like costs of pain killers. Even then, these cases just aren't paying like they did in the glory days of the 1980's.

We are Southern California's premier Los Angeles injury attorneys and are recognized as excellent Los Angeles car accident lawyers. We litigate and teach about cruise ship accident law, car accidents, dog bites cases, boating accidents, DUI law, how to recover for pain and suffering and medical bills resulting from negligent acts of a tortfeasor. What a shocker, Wayne, you have changed the subject.

You have shifted gears to insurance fraud. You want to talk about insurance fraud, fine, start a thread about insurance fraud and I will acknowledge it exists, its a problem, the companies have made everyone, and I mean everyone aware of it, (President Palmer who has been shilling for Allstate forever has been on TV every half hour it seems telling the American people about every scam there is), the insurance industry (as they did with tort reform) has made it seem like every other claim is a sham, and, as usual, you are carrying on the tradition.

Believe it or not Wayne, soft tissue injuries are real. They don't show up on x-ray. Sometimes evidence of them shows up on mri or ct but not always. Sometimes they are acute and resolve with pt, home exercise and a reasonable, I mean reasonable amount of chiropractic. Sometime they are chronic, intermix with pre-existing arthritic conditions, and never resolve.

What your industry has done is they have used their power to knowingly, intentionally and with basically complete immunity from corporate friendly legislative laws and judicial tort reform decisions denied, delayed and low-balled legitimate claims as per the CNN article above. If you think this is bad, you oughta see medical malpractice and what the doctors have gotten away with. Murder, literally.

This is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God.

You really make sense Edward--like your rationalization of U.S. gov spending millions on prosecution of Slick because he wouldn't cum clean.--Did you ever think if he told the truth it wouldn't have been necessary--is your point of view that all that are quilty and lie about it shouldn't be prosecuted. I can see why you chose your field--crime not really your forte. Fortunately your peers- the Arkansas Supreme Court takes a diff view on crime. ;)
