New Ethics Charges for Duke Prosecutor

Who I feel the most for is Head Coach Mike Pressler, who was forced out of town and dragged through the mud, like he had anything to do with this.


I played a Division 1 sport, and to think that my coach could have been held liable for what went on Saturday nights during our private time is pretty scary.

IO good post but didnt this happen about a month ago or longer. I remember hearing family members discuss this over christmas, and whan I heard it I, like the rest of you, wanted Nifong to get what he had coming. It is scumbags like this guy that gives lawyers a bad name.

You guys should do what I do when dealing with the board's 13 year old and just ignore him. Literally add him to your ignore list and you don't have to listen to the same lies/rants that are just a waste of time. Now the only time I read him is when you guys quote him and I rarely read those quotes anyway.

Maybe it was just rumors about it back then or is this the second time in this case that the prosecutor has withheld(sp?) evidence
