Anybody whose advise after a disaster is to 'duct tape your windows,' does not instantly inspire confidence. Like I said, time will tell.

i'd like to whine about all the whining over people whining about the administration.
i'd also like to whine about not having any duck tape in the house. there are ducks that need taping as well as a loose floor board i keep tripping over.

there you go - it exists. ...although i have to admit, i thought it would be some kind of recording device made especially for duck audio noises to aid in r & d of of those simulated quacking devices for hunters
