New Jersey has been hot last 3 games. Jordan has had a few days 2 rest.

What reminds me of these two teams matching up is the blowout in Jersey of the Wizards .. the score was something like 111-67 in favour of NJ ..

Knowing Jordan he must be looking at this game as a revenge game. When had had career low of 6 points against Indiana in the next game against Indiana he scorched them and won.

I wonder if the same thing is gonna happen today. New Jersey is a much better team at home than on the road. Their record on the road is 14-11 and at home is 21-6

Wizards are 15-11 at home. If Jordan views this as a revenge game which I think he will then Wizards may be a pretty good play. Todd Mucollah is out for the Nets and he averages double double almost. That leaves the door open for a lot of offensive rebounds as the other people are not big rebounders. Tyrone Nesby, Hamilton and others have picked up their game and my lean is towards Wizards.

Any comments ??

Cheers !!!

# Also think the Under may be in effect. Jordan knows one way to beat this team is to crank up the D. Not taken a look at the numbers and trends .. just my thinking ..

Jordan not 100%

Jordan not 100%

Jason Kidd may be the controlling player in this game, not MJ. If you took an MVP vote right now, Kidd would be way ahead of Michael. Kidd is having an outstanding year. The Nets will find a way to win this game behind JKidd's leadership against the Wizards (who played a tough road game last night).

The Wizards are not at the top of their game right now. How else could they lose to a bad road team like Houston at home? I think Jordan is not 100% and its possible he may not even play 30 minutes tonight.

Also, the Wizards have been getting thumped of the boards the past five games. Now they have to play the best team in the East in 0 days rest.

Interesting comments gentlemen

Here is my 2 cents:

Jordan always comes back strong after a team that has embaressed him or his team. He thrives on that shit. I`ve seen Jordan play some of his best games when he was supposedly "not at his best"

I like the wizzards for a small play

Just my two cents as well..........BUT, when Jordon had previously not been at his best, it was usually flu, headaches or the such....Not a knee that had to be drained. One can overcome the other problems if ones body is at 100%, I do not see MJ's body at 100%.......I'll take the shot and go with the better rebounding team as of late. Go NETS!

Great discussion guys. For my part,I show the Nets winning by ten or eleven, which makes them a play for me.The Wizards covered the opening nine last night vs Detroit,N.J. didn't cover their last against G.S.,(only one out of the last five or so ATS),and the guy who said a knee isn't an injury you can "tough out" in basketball was right, though I'm not sure any of us are certain just how bad he is hurt.Even though it's a classic revenge spot for the Wizards,N.J. and Kidd are the best in the East and should prevail tonight.GL either way
