but i don`t think i`ve seen a drive totally sustained by penalty like that one....new mexico lost all momentum due to that series of penalties.....and that`s my last bitch on the subject....

Why didnt New Mexico decline the penalty on that last drive, which would have led to a long FG...instead of risking a 16 yard gain??

I watch little college football from the UK, so was wondering if the rules are different to the NFL??

it was a penalty prior to the snap...the officials should have blown the play dead...but for whatever reason (probably they are for oregon st) they let the play go to see what would happen, then made the call after the play...bullshit

Has anyone noticed the 9 seconds that went off after a first down, and the 7 seconds that went off the clock after an out of bounds play?

I have nothing on the total, but I'd be wanting to know what is going on, if I had a play on the total.
