Rice is horrible on D, horrible, but very good offensively. Troy is average on both sides of the ball. Rice has a better QB & a much better turnover ratio. Just like tonight...Rice 7th in the nation @ +1.00 in turnover ration. Troy 107th @ -0.83. Same formula, better QB & better turnover ratio wins more times than not.

That may be the best bet. Haugabook is a decent passer and could have a field day on that Rice defense. Troy always seems to play tough on national television. I was leaning Troy +4, but the over may be the "safest" play. :SIB
