I think the other one I posted my numbers to get to that point were a little off. This is the end of a huge puzzle. Pretty sure this is on...

each - stands for an unknown numeral.

4, -, 12, 1-, --, 42, -0, 102, -08

The first unknown numeral and the fifth unknown numeral are the same. I think the first and fifth are 6, but I can't figure out how to solve a sequence that makes sense. The key here is to find the number where both numerals are unknown.

thanks.

4, 6, 12, 18, 30, 42, 60, 102, 108 is the solution.

6+12 =18
12+18 = 30
12+30=42
18+42=60
42+60=102

is that the type of pattern you were going for?
it doesn't seem to make sense at the beginning of the sequence or at the very end of it though?

or, aside from the first number "4" all the rest of the numbers in the sequence are factors of 6.

6 x something gives you each of those numbers.

what the pattern is to it with missing values I don't know though.
