New York Yankees -1.5(+110)

Bet $500.00 To Win $550.00

New York Yankees -1.5(+110) & New York Metropolitans +140

Bet $100.00 To Win $404.00

Twins/Yankees-With all due respect to the White Sox, Astros & Marlins...the Minnesota Twins might be the WORST team in the Major Leagues. They will send Scott Diamond to the mound tonight, w/his "Healthy" ERA of 5.52, to face a rejuvenated Yankees line-up w/the Captain as the DH. Yankees are 16-12 on the year against Left-Handed starters so New York should be "Pounding" the weak Minnesota Bullpen by the 4th or 5th inning. Kuroda has been solid all year long for the Yankees & should have no problem shutting down the "Feeble" Twins. Yankees also have one of the best Bullpens in baseball. Minnesota is 4-16 in their last 20 games & are 0-12 when playing on Friday this season. Yankees win EZ 10-2 ;)

Metropolitans/Pirates-Don't look now, but the Metropolitans have won 5 of 6 & have one of their "Hottest" pitchers on the mound tonight. Jeremy Hefner has allowed just 3 runs on 11 hits in his last 3 starts all New York victories. Shut-Out Pittsburgh in his lone career start against them last year(9/26/2012) allowing just 3 hits while striking-out 8 in 7 innings of work. Pirates starter Charlie Morton has never beaten the Metropolitans in his career(0-2) & Pittsburgh is 0-4 in his starts against them. Pittsburgh has "Cooled" a bit & they have a habit of not scoring very many runs. New York has been producing @ the plate & although they are 8 games under .500 on the year they have a 23-21 record on the road. Metropolitans win 5-2

Like my chances w/my "Big Apple Parlay"!!!:yup Good Luck All!!!:0008

Guess his "Hammie" tightened up on him....said he would play after yesterday's game & I bet he will be available to pinch-hit if needed. I doubt he will be needed however as the Yankees "Hammer" the Twins tonight without him!!!:0074

Thanks for the info Tfresh. Yankees seemed to do OK without Jeter in their last series with the Twins(7/1/2013-7/4/2013). New York scored 29 runs on 36 hits in those 4 games played in Minnesota.
