go into any inner city....there are homeless,winos,drug addicts etc laying around....it`s just not all that uncommon a sight....

it`s sad,but,it`s true.....can`t see charging folks with a crime for going about their bidness....

they didn`t even charge those security guards for standing around while that young girl was brutalized right in front of them...and she was screaming for help...

When I worked out in the field If I checked every drunk bum passed out on the sidewalk or bench that I had seen I would have lost alot of work time. Common accurance. I am sure it is the same in NYC. If there was no blood present from underneath him most people probably just thought he was passed out drunk. Now the guy that lifted him and saw blood thats a different story.

As someone else mentioned, those who walked past thinking he was drunk did nothing wrong imo, but the idiot who lifted the dying (or deceased )man's head and saw blood before scurrying off is unfit for society imo.
