i might get criticized for this but i dont mind listening to ann coulter......i find her & the other blond entertaining.at the same time time i don't mind listening to chris matthews, barney frank, bill oreilly or newt gingrich.......i take them for what they are....they don't change my mind at all.

matt, my friend.......

as somebody who voted for clinton twice & who was against what the republicans did, i will say, without hesitation that he was & most likely still a sexual predator who used his prestige to take advantage of certain women.

and i will also say that there are other well known politicans who have done the same thing....from both sides of the aisle.

and although he has never been convicted of rape i will say that as a sexual predator that there is a very high percentage that a couple of these women were raped.

and, imo for people( not accusing you) to deny this is just being foolish.

Al,

There is no question that Clinton used his prestige to get laid. That does not mean that he 'took advantage' of anybody. And it sure doesn't make him a 'sexual predator.' And it's a HUGE leap to assume that because he got laid because of his power, that he raped anybody.

On another note, your use of the term 'sexual predator,' reminded me of something in the paper today.

In Cape Coral, a city of about 120,000 about 5 miles from here, a councilman has introduced a bill that would require written notices, pictures, addresses etc to be sent to any resident within one mile of a sexual predator or sexual offender.

It would be considered the toughest anti-sex offender initiative in the whole country, mainly because of the pictures, which would be unprecedented.

Naturally, some liberal organization (defense lawyer group of some sort) is fighting this because they say that it is designed to ostracize and to keep these people out. As if that's a bad thing.

If Clinton is a sexual predator then Dubya is a DUI cokehead. We can't have one without the other.

if neither one of you think that clinton is a sexual predator...there is nothing i can do to convince you.

but i will say that with all of the women who claimed that clinton did something to them (jones,broderick,...& others) all can't be all lying.

i belive bush did coke & drove high.......but he did that when he was young & stupid ( which we all were at one time) but unless somebody can show me he habitually did this....then that's different than somebody always on the prowl to get laid.....& from what i have read in the gossip columns still on the prowl.

i'm sure many people agree with you that he is not a predator......but i'm not so sure that they are taking their position because they honestly feel he is not a predator or feel that they will weaken their side by admitting this.....

this country is so divided with people who like clinton vs. people who hate clinton.....
if somebody offers a criticism of bush....his defenders will bring up something that clinton did...and of course if their is criticism of clinton the other side will bring up something that is wrong with bush.

this forum is a perfect example on how this country is so divided.....that it is pretty sickening from where i sit......

I admit that Clinton's escapade with Lewinski was very damaging to the country. It in itself was a very dividing act. It forced people to adopt of a very moral right view or a very lery lax view of the whole thing. I thought it was morally bad and extremely unprofessional given the significance of his job.

But a rapist or predator? He sounds a lot more like a "harrasser" - and that's nowhere near these criminal labels.

My favorite part of the whole Newsweek story was the administrations spin on it. They condemned the story because it was going to get people hurt and killed.

Let me repeat that.

The administration condemned the story because it was going to get people hurt and killed.

Ya know, ya gotta give these guys credit. They can blatantly put their criminal acts before the public, convince the majority of voting citizens of this country that they are actually fighting for freedom as opposed to an invasion of a sovereign country, completely deflect attention from the deaths of tens if not hundreds of thousands of people, and place blame at the feet of a writer.

Kudos. Remember kids, civilizations are not destroyed by terrorists and foreign armies. They die from within. The dismantling of the Constitution by the enemies of freedom, that is, the Republican party, is going on right before your very eyes. And you support them.

Shameful.

Welcome to the fold. I consider my self a centrist with a slight lean to the right on economic issues and a slight lean to the left of social issues. The problem is that we are dealing with a forum that is apparently comprised of mostly talk radio hosts. These evildoers must be exposed.

Hey AR:

Been kinda busy. Plus my fingers got blisters from typing the same stuff over and over again. Been keeping an eye on the boys and thought I'd chime in when they get to far out of whack.

Thought I saw Channie on last nights 24 finale. Do you watch that series? If so, isn't it funny how they make the wimpy president look like Dick Nixon.

yeah....i watch that show....but it's a little too much for me......

it's funny i told my wife that this president looks like nixon......i never thought nixon was a wimp....paranoid yes, but not a wimp.

it's funny that this nixon look alike is dealing with the chinese on the show....& the real nixon's legacy was that he opened up relationship with china.

Can always count on you for a little history lesson, being as old as you are. I hope you didn't have any close friends on the Titanic.

I think the parellel between the real Nixon and the Nixon look alike on 24 is that they both seem to surround themselves with a tight knit circle of confidants who are less than scrupulous.

FBI may be backing this story up, per news reports today? Im not sure if thats what the report meant. I still don't know if true, if it had to come out. I don't like censor ship either. So someone in the administration could help us all my not leaking info.

Yep, supposedly there are FBI records of a guard flushing a Koran. Newsweek could be right afterall - but it doesn't change the fact that need to be more professional.

Too bad Muslims take their religion so seriously. None of this would even be an issure if they weren't so uptight and violent. I sure can't picture Jews up in arms if someone desecrated the Tora ...or whatver that bible is called. (I think I just disrespected it! ...oops).

Well, yeah of course. But *knowing* how they will react to seemingly minor things (to us) and still doing it is the epitome' of ignorance and it puts our troops and also civilians in even more danger.

Kinda like after Abu Ghraib came out and everybody said, 'what's the big deal about having some inbred shemale putting you on a leash or pointing at and laughing at your dick as you are placed on top of the naked pyramid?'
