Always a tough one to cap. All the little quirks that come along with it.

I got some early leans but there on the favorites so not much sense in playing them early.

Biffle went from +900 to +600 at olympic.

Any opinions?

I agree this is tough.

also seen Jeff Gordon go from +800 to +600

Something I seen interesting is no odds on Mark Martin.I don`t think he is a huge threat but with one win and six top tens if 15 starts.A couple of books have left him out including olympic.

I noticed that with Martin as well.

Here's the format. I had to check cuz it seems like they change it every year.

90 laps/135 miles.
Three segments: 40 laps, 30 laps, 20 laps.
No eliminations prior to final segment.
Mandatory 10-minute pit stop between first and second segments.
During pit stop, random drawing will determine a field inversion; from six to 12 cars will be inverted for the start of the second segment.

seems like a crap shoot to me !! but leaning toward jimmy j and tony s...
jimmy because he the favorite at +500 and they only have him at + 80 for top five .. line makers must think he going to be up front.
with the short race :( he had last saturday i sure hes hungry for some speed , been strong all year..
tony cause he'll be racing in the truck series friday night , could be a big advanage with all that track time ( new surface) might be worth a shot at +1200 ... down 3' units cant hit two weeks in a row .. looking to play something small just to get by this off week .

odds are lower with the smaller field. I was leaning Biffle or Johnson.

William, I think you might be on to something with Stewart. He can run the shit out of a car on the short run. Thats what the winner will have to do on sat. night.

New surface is suppose to be awesome. More like Atlanta with a ton of diffirent lines to run.

Just having a hard time to get a feel on this one.Even if you`ve got a good car restart 20 laps to go and he restarts who knows where.Sets up to be a crash derby.
If I had to pick one at this point it would be Biffle.Same chassis he ran at Atlanta finished 3rd took the car to Texas and was 2nd fastest in the 2nd practice before crashing the wall.Biffle was real upset he seems to really like this car.

I like William`s pick also if Stewardt can have good early run like he did at Richmond.
Another one is Newman brings Viper, his favorite chassis won with at Michigan last year and should have won with at Darlington (finished 4th).

I think Jamie might take it. I'm just wanting the winner to have a bad fast car. They will have a little edge running the open before the challenge starts. More track time never hurts.

Not a big play for me just looked like some good value there.

You guys waiting till after practice tomorrow?

Toast,

Canbet had the field (nextel open winner as well as fan vote getter) at 100/1 today. Low limit however.

They took it down after a limit play of $25.

They must have adjusted it quite a bit.

Biffle +1000 1 unit

He has his Texas car that he wrecked in practice. Supposedly this car was better than the backup he won with at Texas. He tested a couple weeks ago with this car at Charlotte and was fast. Not as fast as Gordon, but I have heard the teams were on different agendas.

I think the line might drop a bit, after practice so I played him tonight.

Thanks toast. I should be very helpful.

If someone can get hooked up on this track he can put everyone else to shame, remember Jimmy Johnson last year in the Coca-Cola 600.. he was in a whole different time zone!
I`ts always great to have the fastest car.
