Where it is real F ing COLD
After having a lot of time to cap, I have re evaluated the Packers - Skins game, and the only way to go is with the Skins. I know I'll be called a hater but now that I have had a full day to digest.

Yeah the pack have a great passing attack and I have reconsidered and think Lacy will be an excellent back but that Packer defense and offensive line is giving up 7 to a QB who has the dynamic to give them fits. Wash should be able to move the pig on that slow line backing crew and below average secondary. Washington's O line should not feel threatened. In the other side of the ball, you have a team whose o line is below average with a great passer and above average receiving core but the X factor here is Hall, he will be able to control his man be it who
It may and limit the Pack to keep this in the numbers. I see this as a fg game giving it back to the Pack 31-28 in final seconds. Listening to the public and to Green Bay radio this game is just an academic for Green Bay to be 1-1. Not so fast, Washington will have a good scheme and has solid players. Take the 7.... To the wire.

IF you are going to play the side, skins and the points is the only play - took me about 30 seconds to digest after I saw the line. It is not even a question.

Typically team that fails to cover on MNF comes back to cover the next game out, 65% last 4 years, however, Skins looked awful, no synch at all, defense got worn out quickly, Pack off a huge west coast tilt vs 9'ers and last year off 9'ers loss came back and beat Chicago by 13 at home.

That's an awful large line vegas put out and they put it out to get 50/50 on it. It's hard to think of another blow out, but RGIII is not in game shape yet and Cousins is said not to be 100% just yet. Pack is 6-1-1 ATS L8 vs Skins, ave MOV is 8 pts, imagine that and if one thing, Over is 13-0 Last 13 vs Non-Div as a fav when at home.

GL!!

This will be a low scoring game. Against SF Packers had 2 top secondary players out Burnett and Hayward. The game plan was to play zone mainly and mix it up but due to these guys out it had to be altered to cover for their deficiencies with who was in the secondary. Both Burnett and Hayward should play against the skins hopefully. Why was a horrible Philly defense able to shut down Washington mainly the first half? Some say it was because RG3 was rusty, no preseason. A big reason is he's not ready yet half his game you don't have to be concerned with. Packers are very much improved on the dline you think RG3 is a threat right now no way philly knew it and their defense which is one of the worst in the NFL was able to game plan knowing this. Washington has noone close to Bolden at receiver. Koepernick was very sharp and even when Bolden was covered he was able to get the ball. Washington is 1 dimensional right now. You will see a different secondary and it will be hard for the skins to do anything on offense. Packers offensively historically struggle at homeearly in the year. Remember they have no greg jennings, Nelson is still banged up and their oline is struggling right now. Their best olineman Josh Sitton admitted it especially him for all his life he's been on the right sidenow he is the left guard. He said he's not comfortable yet and its more mental muscle memory trying to do everything different from that side. I would not be comfotable laying 6-7 points here points will be hard to come by I see a 20-10 game.

I like the write up and makes some sense but that Packers defense is going to give up more than 10 points. It's been a long long time since one could say any team will have a hard time doing anything against the Packers defense.

Oh I forgot to mention it is highly unlikely that Hayward plays in this one. He is expected to miss 3 - 4 games unless he improves significantly. If you look at last year's defense, they were shredded by any team that had offensive ability and they did take care of Detroit twice but Stafford fumbled without being touched and the home game he missed a slew of wide open receivers. Maybe it's just my hatred for the Pack that has me tilted this way, but Packer's defense hasn't changed that much from last year. Although it maybe stupid backing a team lead by RG III right now.

Actually the last time a team had trouble doing ANYTHING against the GB defense was just 3 games ago when GB destroyed Minny in the playoffs last year...Viqueens did nothing and neither did AP.......I know you're a hater and that;s all good but you're forgetting one important part of this weeks game...Did you see the skins D on Monday??? I'm thinking GB will score at will......

I know they destroyed the Vikes, you didn't call me a hater when I picked the Pack, but nobody was calling the Packers a vaunted defense heading into that game, hard to believe the Vikes had and have worse QBs on roster.

Yep I seen the Skins D on Monday, it didn't have many bright spots but Packers don't play a read option offense either. It's dynamic but Washington will know where the quarterback and running backs are going to be. Packers offense has weapons but they are going to be shitting themselves trying to stop the blitz. Rodgers will have to throw quick. Hall is going to take out some plays, I think Lacy has a good game and watch out for Finley. The Pack is going to face a serious problem eventually once teams start breaking down the left side of their O line. I was tipsy watching the Pack game so I have to re watch.

One other aspect about Green Bay is their blitz packages may confuse the young RG III. I think the skins have enough fire power to keep this close. I could be very wrong too. What would the city and state do if God forbid they lost outrigh?. Been listening to Green Bay radio on Iheart cause the Viking guys up here are too much homers that they aren't objective. But listening to Packer guys and fans calling in, it's a forgone conclusion that the Pack will be 1-1 after Sunday and sometimes that bites you in the ass. My Packer buddy at work is convinced they are going to win the Super Bowl, convinced. He thinks Datone Jones and John Jolly (lMAO) are the answers. Did jolly even play?

Jolly played yes and did very well...I NEVER EVER listen to some of these packer fans who talk out of their butts..They wear Green and Gold colored glasses....They think the team can do no wrong and never lose or do stupid things.......I don't look at it that way.....To say their going to SB is not real smart right now...Never know how things will play out...It's a long season so we shall see.....That hit matthews did was pure bullshit and i was pissed...Of course some GB fans liked the hit but like i said they wear those green and gold glasses.
