NFL Bold Predictions 2012

No need to predict Aaron Rodgers as the MVP here...list 3-4 bold predictions for the coming year and your Super Bowl pick.

1) Broncos do not make the playoffs...what separates Peyton from other great QB's is his abilty to translate the offense to the field to put his team in the right position...he doesn't know the Denver offense yet.

2) The teams of the five rookie QB's (Seattle, Wash, Cleveland, Miami and Indy) win a total of 21 games between them.

3) The Dolphins win no more than two games and have a great chance at a "Lions-like" year (0-16)

4) Ryan Williams is the starting RB for the Cardinals and is Newcomer of the Year (he didn't play due to injury last year so I'm unsure if he is eligible to be Rookie of the Year).

5) Super Bowl: Chicago over Kansas City

6) Much better than expected: TB and Buffalo

7) Much worse than expected: NO, Atlanta and MJD (he's following the Chris Johnson model from last year)

1. The saints will Win their division even without Their Head Coach. I am a Saints fan but I do honestly believe this.

2. Everyone is high on the Bears. I think they miss the playoffs all together.

3. Matthew Stafford with have the most TD passes in the league

4. Michael Turner will not break 1000 yards rushing but will have double digit rushing td

5. Colts will win more games then the Jets

Super Bowl: 49ers over Ravens

Better Than Expected Saints, Colts, Bills

Worse Than Expected Bears, Chiefs, Jets

This looks real tasty! I really have a feeling about them. I think a lot of people are under estimating this team.

Some good stuff here and there are a few that I almost posted myself:

1) Julio Jones breakout
2) Benson's production

Wide range of opinion on the Saints so that will be interesting.

Yesssir...

I know coaches sometimes make a difference in a game, but comeone to look at this saints team, and doubt any type of superbowl run possibility because they don't have payton is just silly....they will still be a force and still be a threat late in the year...

Saints are as good as anyone even more so when u get em on a fast track....

1. David Wilson will supplant Bradshaw as the starter by week 6

2. Russel Wilson wins rookie of the year

3. Saints, Eagles, and Cowboys all miss the playoffs.

4. Jets win 8 games and fire head coach at the end of the year.

5. Fred Jackson leads league in yards from scrimmage.

6. Pittsburgh misses playoffs

7. Cincinnati makes playoffs and wins division.

8a. Flacco still sucks. :0003

8b. Arian Foster goes down by week 3

9. Three teams from NFC North make the playoffs.

10. Bears beat New England in the Super Bowl with Alshon Jeffery winning the MVP.

The last one is a reach but I like it.

Hope this helps,
FDC

My shot at Nostradamus

My shot at Nostradamus

1. Detroit takes a big step back...they only can in one way, elite physical tools, who has bigger toolkit than MegaTron...Stafford has strongest arm in league, before he half-assed it thru last season, I thought Suh was already one of best DT I had ever seen in 2010...but this team sure wont beat you with discipline, or by Jim Schwartz outscheming someone....they have a dreadful secondary as well. 8-8 at best.

2. Von Miller rings up 20 sacks.

3. Randy Moss scores at least 8 TD and Cedric Benson, mediocrity he may be, tallies at least 12.

4. Miami looks the favv to be on the clock in 2013 draft....rookie QB, blah dreadful WR corps and a head coach that looks and acts more like a paper pusher......not a good brew in South Beach.

5. Pittsburgh and New Orleans miss the playoffs....Cincinnati and Carolina make them.
